Bursa Yenişehir Havalimanı, 1944'te bir askeri üs olarak kurulan tesis, askeri havaalanına yapılan ilave tesislerle birlikte sivil hava ulaşımına hazır hale getirilerek Bursa Havaalanı adıyla, 3 Kasım 2000 tarihinde hizmete girdi. Sivil-askeri amaçla kurulan Hava Meydanının Bursa il merkezine uzaklığı 50 km olup 3000x45 ve 3000x30 metre boyutlarında iki adet beton kaplama pisti bulunmaktadır.
