Gaziantep ili ve çevresinde bulunan arkeolojik eserlerin sergilendiği müzedir. 2005 yılından beri, Zeugma antik şehrinde bulunan villalardan çıkartılan mozaikler, bu müzede sergilenmektedir.
Gaziantep Arkeoloji Müzesi, 1944 yılında cumhuriyet döneminin ilk arkeologlarından Sabahat Göğüş tarafından kurulmuştur.
