Üçtepe Höyük

Üçtepe Höyük Diyarbakır il merkezinin 40 km. güneydoğusunda yer alan bir höyüktür. Bismil ilçesine 10 km. mesafedeki eski adı Kerh ya da Kerh-i Dicle olan Üçtepe köyündedir. Göksu Çayı'nın batı kıyısında ovaya hakim durumdaki höyük 200 x 180 metre genişlik ve 44 metre yükseklikteki doğal bir tepedir.Üçtepe Höyüğü Doğu Anadolu Bölgesi ve Güneydoğu Anadolu bölgelerindeki en büyük çaplı höyüklerden biridir. Eski adının Tuşha ya da Tuşhan olduğu düşünülmektedir.
